Patrick Goodman

Paddy Goodman is Chief Technical Officer of Perseus. He joined Apollo’s aviation finance platform in 2018 and has more than 30 years of aviation technical experience, including 12 years in airline and MRO environments and over 20 years in aircraft leasing.

Mr. Goodman oversees all technical functions across the company’s owned and managed fleet.

Previously, he was Senior Vice President – Technical in Aircastle’s Dublin office, where he led a team of technical aviation professionals who focused on numerous new & used aircraft acquisitions, transitions, and sales. Earlier in his career, Mr. Goodman completed his aircraft apprenticeship at Lufthansa Technics and then spent 10 years at Ryanair in various technical roles, including maintenance engineer, on-site heavy-check inspector, and finished his time there as the airline’s first New Aircraft Delivery Manager, accepting delivery of more than 90 737NG aircraft.

Mr. Goodman is an EASA B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
