Alexander Green

Alex Green is General Counsel of Perseus. He joined Apollo’s aviation finance platform in 2018 and has more than 22 years of aircraft leasing and finance experience

Mr. Green oversees the company’s legal function, including aircraft acquisitions, leasing and financing transactions, as well as corporate and compliance matters.

Previously, Mr. Green was Executive Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Secretary at Aircastle, and prior to joining Aircastle in 2007, he was an associate in the Transportation Finance department at Milbank, where his practice focused on aircraft portfolio securitizations, EETCs and other secured financings.

Mr. Green holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.
